Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Yangon Player application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Yangon Player is an Android application designed for network video testing and streaming. The App provides features including:

• Direct URL video streaming
• Custom HTTP header configuration
• DRM Clear Key support
• Favorites and history management
• Picture-in-Picture mode
• Multiple quality streaming options

Intended Use

This App is specifically designed for:

• Professional Testing: Network engineers and QA teams testing streaming infrastructure
• Development Purposes: Developers testing video streaming implementations
• Educational Use: Learning about video streaming technologies and protocols
• Technical Evaluation: Evaluating streaming quality and performance

Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to use the App for:

• Accessing copyrighted content without proper authorization
• Circumventing content protection or DRM systems (except for testing purposes with proper authorization)
• Illegal streaming or piracy of protected content
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations
• Interfering with or disrupting streaming services or networks
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code
• Commercial redistribution without explicit permission

User Responsibilities

As a user of Yangon Player, you are responsible for:

• Legal Compliance: Ensuring your use complies with all applicable laws and regulations
• Content Rights: Having proper authorization for any content you stream
• Network Respect: Using the App in a manner that doesn't harm or overload networks
• Security: Keeping your device and the App updated with latest security patches
• Accurate Information: Providing truthful information when submitting reviews or support requests

Intellectual Property Rights

The Yangon Player application, including its design, functionality, and content, is protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for its intended purposes.

Trademarks

"Yangon Player" and associated logos are trademarks. You may not use these trademarks without explicit written permission.

Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of your information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

App Updates and Modifications

We reserve the right to:

• Require app updates for continued use

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the developers and distributors of Yangon Player from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

Termination

These Terms remain in effect until terminated. You may terminate your use of the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device. We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Myanmar. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Myanmar.

Google Play Store Compliance

Your use of the App is also subject to Google Play Store Terms of Service. In case of conflict between these Terms and Google Play Store Terms, Google Play Store Terms shall prevail for matters related to app distribution and Google services.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes through app updates or notifications. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
